Located in the city of São Caetano do Sul, metropolitan region of São Paulo, the main economic hub in Latin America, where the group operates with direct sales, whilst it maintains operation in other states through sub-distributors, some of them group companies, business partners, which allows us to cover sales and services also in the interior of the state of São Paulo, as well as in the states of Paraná, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Bahia and Distrito Federal.

Our team is made of 50 employees, of which 35 act as commercial representatives, six in relationship areas, which includes a body of well trained instrument technicians, who help our customers during the procedures. Our logistics area, which in addition to keeping our inventories within the standards required by health agencies, handles the movement of materials with the various hospitals we serve 24 hours a day. We have our own regulatory framework, which manages our registration processes at Anvisa, as well as the support of a consultancy contracted for international certifications for those registration processes that present a greater degree of complexity.
OUR BOARD
We are associated with Abraidi (Brazilian Association of Importers and Distributors of Health Products), which works nationally in defense of the interests of companies in our sector, in addition to having the clinical support of an associated surgeon, who helps us in the training process for customers, employees and distributors.

STRATEGIC PLAN
Amongst other guidelines, our strategic plan includes the development of commercial relationships with new product brands, consolidating our identity with differentiated and high quality products in the sectors in which we operate.
Also as part of this plan, we seek to expand relationships with potential distributors in the other states of the brazilian federation, as a way of consolidating the group at a national level, as well as offering our international partners the scope and presence of their brands in important markets of the brazilian economy.
